If you’ve been injured by someone else, we’re the ones to call. Our focus is Vermont personal injury law. That means we can’t help you with a house closing, represent you in a divorce, or set up your business. We work only on the cases that we know best.
We are proud that the quality of our work has been recognized extensively by other Vermont lawyers. Our firm has the highest rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Four of our attorneys have been recognized by both Best Lawyers in America and New England Superlawyers.
When it comes to personal injury cases, we know how the other side works. Our staff includes a former defense attorney, a former Vermont injury claims adjuster, and two defense firm investigators. This depth of talent and experience makes our team unique among Vermont personal injury law firms.
O’Neill Kellner & Green welcomes clients to our offices in Burlington or Rutland. If you are unable to travel, we can come to you. We also work with lawyers from other states whose clients need a Vermont attorney, and represent visitors to Vermont who have legal claims here.
We would like to introduce you to our firm and tell you a little bit about how Vermont personal injury claims work so you can make informed choices about your legal representation.
If you would like to discuss your situation, please call us at (802) 865-4700 or (800) 493-4747, or tell us about your case on line. We promise a prompt and confidential response. There is no fee or obligation for our consultations.
